Caitllin is a proud graduate of Scranton High School, where she served as drum major for the marching band. She went on to attend Mansfield University of Pennsylvania, earning a degree in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy. During her time at Mansfield, Caitllin was a member of the honor fraternity Phi Sigma Pi and served as Assistant General Manager of the university’s campus radio station, 89.5 WNTE.

Following her undergraduate studies, Caitllin earned her Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University’s Pettit College of Law, where she served as President of the law school’s chapter of Phi Alpha Delta.

Since graduating from law school, Caitllin has remained active in her community through involvement with the Scranton City chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution and by volunteering her time in various community initiatives. In her free time, she enjoys watching baseball and rarely misses a game.
